The registration fee includes lunch on working days of the conference, coffee breaks and documentation (proceedings in digital format, etc.), except for Virtual Participation. However, it does not include accommodation or transportation. The conference dinner, accompanying person and social program are optional items.

:At least one author of each accepted paper must register by October 19, 2026, to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings.
- Each registration will allow for only one paper to be published and presented.
- One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
In the event of cancellation, and provided that TA DMC Portugal receives written notification by the 19 October 2026 the registration fee will be refunded less a 50,00€ administration fee. From the 20 October 2026, any cancellation will be subject to the full penalty.
